[MRCA] URC-4 World Record at Weare NH

I saw youze guys on the field with the rigs. I would have stopped at the
time but was on a mission for TA1TER (reloaded her drool machine). I did
stop by to say 'hi' before that but no-one was around. Considering
running the MSC-37 down to NEAR-fest in Sept.
