Last year I bought 5 URC-4 radio's to convert to 2m. I was able to get 
two working by a good cleaning and replacing the main cap. The other two 
not so lucky, tried swapping around tubes etc but no luck. One works on 
tx and one rx. I did not convert them as the instructions specified to 
make sure they worked correctly before converting. They have been cleaned 
and the cap replaced. The 5th radio is for parts. 

My offer is this, if you would be interested I would ship the 3 radio's 
and extra tubes/parts I have as well as provide a pair of new 2m crystals. 
In return I would get a working radio, you have the option of keeping all 
the extra tubes and radio. I'll pay for the return shipping as well.
