Hi Robert,
I figured a paint program was the way to do this, but my "professional"
Corel Photo Paint always gave me a hard time with changing colors.
So, just discovered paint.NET (free download)
http://graphicssoft.about.com/gi/o.htm?zi=1/XJ&zTi=1&sdn=graphicssoft&cdn=compute&tm=8&f=10&su=p504.6.342.ip_&tt=6&bt=0&bts=1&zu=http%3A//www.getpaint.net/
This started out as a black-on-white gif
Use the "recolor" tool. It should work just as well in the other direction.
Give it a shot.
regards,
Al
