[MRCA] TBX operations from Quantico, VA

AAAAGH!! Murphy strikes again! I was listening and heard several
stations tuning up but no QSO's. I did get the loop tuned up but found
it tuned up on the extra portion of the band better than the general. Oh
well better reason to get my butt in gear and upgrade my license. Hope
you get the evil technology gremlins out of the equipment.
