[MRCA] FW: TBX field operations from Quantico, VA

I'll be looking for the TBX ops at the time and frequencies as you
announced, with my Navy T-412/ART-13B and R-105/ARR-15, all operated from
28VDC as issued.

 

Hope the rainy weather won't cause excessive noisy conditions.
