[MRCA] Idea for TRC-77s

Speaking of the AN/TRC-77, I had one on the mainland that I crystaled up – I
think only for 40m – that was entertaining to use.  I’d like to get another
and see what can be done with it across the Bonny Blue Pacific.  One change
would be the aforementioned DDS VFO, at least for the Rx.
