[MRCA] PRC-25 Update

In the first post(no replies-insert sad face here-)I asked for help with
my PRC-25 with a no tx/rx condition with a brief explanation of my
findings.  Since then I purchased a NOS GRM-55A test set and built up a
battery pack for testing.  At the Weare NH show Dale KW1I tried it in his
AM-2060 with no copy on another known good radio.  I tried it when I got
home with a old mag battery(which turned out to be bad/my bad for not
checking it, no 3v at all) and my PRM-34 showed no tx or rx.  Once I
received the test set I went through the series of tests with the new
battery attached and all tests showed "green".  The radio and test set
interacted as one would expect so I had faith the test set was working. 
Tonight I tried the radio again with the PRM-34 and the fresh battery, now
I have tx and rx but the radio is off frequency.  At dial setting 51.00
the meter shows 51.049, the same error .049 for all channels selected in
the lower band.  In the upper band pretty much the same except a .050
error.  Now the question is which module and point to tweak to get it back
on frequency?
