[MRCA] MTA After Action Report

Pursuant to K4CHE's request:

Good weather, good company, and a lot of Army trucks.  Not a lot of 
radio gear in the flea market.

Best moment;  I was showing the PRC-77 to two elementary school kids, 
and was pleasantly surprised when they asked what the other OD box was 
on the table behind me.  I walked them back to the PRC-104 expecting to 
have to just talk about it, but I turned it on, and there was Zorro 
(K4CHE).  The young people were duly impressed with being able to talk 
to Dover, DE from the field radio.
