[MRCA] MRCA Digest, Vol 108, Issue 27

Since the current topic is the WS19, I've attached a pic of my 'Ground
Station' WS19 Mk. III (CDN), taken during a QSO from Boston, MA to the UK.

For nitpickers, yes, I know the PSU grill is missing. I was short of setup
time.
