[MRCA] W.S. #19 discussion

Gentlemen,

I have another poser for the group.  These "mounts" were part of the WS 
19 foot locker I recently got.  Can nayone tell me what they're for?  I 
can only assume they are part of the mounting of the system, but the 
boilt patter does not seem to fit anything?  Attached is the photo of 
the four mounts.
