Don't feel like the Lone Ranger..... I have received cards in the past 
up to 18 months after the operation!   I will also note that its not 
quite the same as it used to be.  In the "old days", one actually worked 
the facility listed.  In the recent past, in many cases surrogates 
"representing" the facility were actually providing the contacts.  One 
reason is that the MARS stations, etc. simply no longer exist on-base or 
on-post.  I can't speak for the Navy facilities nor the Corps of 
Engineers, though.  At any rate, its a shame.....
