IMHO, typical ebay results for each of these items *in unopened boxes*
would be in the vicinity of:

BC-454-B    $125
BC-458-A    $125
AVR-20-A1   $200

Hamfest prices would typically be about 33 to 50 percent of that, if
you are lucky and at a hamfest with great attendance like Dayton.
