[MRCA] Pre-Gilbert NVIS Test

I'm very close to gilbert.  Unless there is a close by electric fence,
suggest it be quite quiet as it is here on the hill 5 miles away.

I is availible from the technical black hole of the East Coast for 
tests but around noon as you know is very bad for me.
but I annt buying the NVIS theory at Gilbert when they are only 15 
miles away.  100 miles might have some NVIS component but  but 15 
miles is good ole ground huggen  ground wave, direct reflections off 
of everything etc.

Also late in the afternoon is a terrible time on 75 meters due to QRM.

What we need at Gilbert is a different HF antenna.  Something with a 
vertical component.
