[MRCA] T-195 Slow Semi-Break In Turnaround Time on CW

I ran my T-195 this weekend on the AM and CW Old Military Radio Nets for the
first time after at least a year. Although the problem did not occur on push to
talk voice, I noticed that the receiver would be deaf for about 5 seconds after
I stopped keying on CW. Eventually whatever relay that was hanging would shift,
and the the antenna was shifted to the R-392. This was not a random thing, did
it every time I stopped keying. I could bring the receiver to life immediately
by shifting the mode switch back to STANDBY from CW. Kind if a pain trying to
check into the CW net, could not tell if Ted, W3PWW had heard my check in call.
Ted said that his T-195 was doing the same thing. I remember this hang time
delay developing a few years ago when I was regularly calling the net as NCS
using the T-195, which is one of the reasons I stopped using it for that
purpose. It did not hang like described when I first started using the T-195
years ago, seemed to have a pretty fast turnaround, not QSK to be sure, but what
you would expect for semi-break in keying. Is there an adjustment pot that
defines the transmit hang time on CW that can be adjusted, or is this due to a
mechanical problem with a relay hanging?
