Subject: [MRCA] Wanted BC-161 box

Group,

Hoping to display my BC-375-E for Veterans Day cleverly disguised as a
BC-161, I am looking for
a field cabinet as used by the Army in the 1940's. Before I ask a cabinet
maker to create one from photos,
I thought I would ask for your help. Also, I know what the transmitter
cabinet looks like but there was no place
for a receiver. What kind of receiver was paired with the BC-161 by the Army
in field use?
Yes, I would rather display the BC-375 in it's Army Air corps configuration
(of which I have photos). But not having
the shell of a B-17 or DC-3, field display it is.
Sincerely,
Roger - K0RMK
