[MRCA] AN/PRC-74 Schematics

The partial scanning of oversized prints is a known problem with Google's
scanned documents.

I went through this with one library they scanned. They acknowleged they
were not scanning the oversized prints, and gave me the line that just
about the whole thing was being scanned. It's is obvious they simply have
utterly no clue about electronics and that a partial schematic is all but
useless.

I am reminded of a program called "great square inches in art" where only
the good bits of paintings are reproduced.

But it gets worse-  a LOT worse-

Sooner or later the library is going to throw out the hard copy to make
room for the latest trash, figuring the document has been scanned. And, it
will be gone forever.

IMO, this Google program is run by complete cretins. And, it seems there
is no way to contact Google.
