[MRCA] Zenith Radio ART-13?

During the ORMN yesterday, we were discussing the markings detailed on various 
net participant's ART-13s.  Mine has an ID plate with a contract NSX number, and 
a manufacturers code beginning with CZR, which is Zenith Radio.  So it looks 
like Zenith was making ATR-13s/ATCS under license or subcontract from Collins.  
I knew that the T-195 and R-392 were also made by Stewart Warner, and that 
Mangnavox made TCS receivers, but was not aware that the ART-13 was also subbed 
out.  Anyone have any further info on who else besides Collins made them?
