Al,

Was able to listen to the net today, but couldn't get a check in with my 
PRC-138/pm @ 20 watts into the whip and counterpoise. Just have to learn 
more about HF propagation and antennas. All stations were S5 to S9+ 
except K1KHP. I did have a contact with K1JHM after the net, and K3OP 
has relayed for me in the past, so I know I am getting out. Should have 
a better setup next week. Time will tell.

Happy birthday to the net and happy Veterans Day to my fellow vets.
