today at noon on 5357.0 KHz in the 60-meter band.  The log shows a

It's clear from the number of PRC-47's in use that the move to "Channel 
- 3" has been a welcome improvement.  (A lot of military rigs need to be 
modified to tune away from an even-kilohertz carrier frequency.)
