[MRCA] KC8ZUL complain to Hamvention

All those that experienced heckling & general bad conduct from KC8ZUL and his broadcast station should contact the Dayton hamvention people so that maybe the jerk will not mess up a three year.

I sent my message to fleamarket at hamvention.org if you know a better one let me know.
