[MRCA] Need RF-301 Part

Well, I'll start with the "locals."

I'm working my way through a recently acquired RF-301P.  This is the 
backpack
version of the RF-301, and much of the circuitry appears identical.

I am investigating low signals through the "translator" PCB.  Signal loss
through FL-1, the 17.748 MHz crystal filter, is about 20 dB as measured 
with a
FET probe into an HP-8590A spectrum analyzer.  Is this loss unusually high?

Does anyone have a spare filter or complete PCB from a 301 for sale?
