[MRCA] 60 meter band change

Anyone interested in being the first to contact Delaware on 60 meters
using a new 60 meter mode  CW, and higher power---------
 and or SSB or CW on the new channel 3  of 5375.0


a.       5357.0 kHz - SSB suppressed carrier , Replacement for Channel 
3.

b,   CW mode,   we can choose a channel but be careful you must 
transmit  your carrier on the "center" frequency,
All of my later model military pack sets use a 1000 cycle offset for 
CW mode and the USB filter   so I must dial in a frequency 1 kcs
lower. The center frequency for the new channel 3  5358.5 kHz so I 
must dial in 5357.5, confused yet?

I plan on operating at 0001 EST on 5 March 2011, with coordination and 
signal checks prior to  the midnight hour.
