[MRCA] FW: WWII GN 43-44-45 Crosley Field Telephone

As a matter of fact, GN-44 and GN-45 are not field-phone parts, but
hand-crank generators for field-radio systems SCR-288 and SCR-284
respectively. They provide both heater voltage and B+ for these tube
radios. Neither is common, but the GN-44 if flat out rare. I don't
know the GN-43.
