[MRCA] BC221 Question

If the internal AC supply is homebrew, you're probably on your own. I have
BC-221 manuals available but no one is going to have any info on a homebrew
supply.

If the supply is military, it is either RA-133-A, B, C or PP-79/UR. With
those, some of us might be able to help. All of the official internal AC
supplies have ON/OFF switches in the line cords. The front panel switch will
turn the set off (but not turn off the power supply) but it will not turn it
on unless you also turn on the supply. If the AC line has been routed
through the front panel switch, then you're on your own as who could know how
some hacker might have done that.

If you are in doubt as to whether the supply is home brew or not, you can
send photos to me.
