[MRCA] Help with antenna Shakespeare 120/60 AT1011/U kit

I am asking the group some help/advise on using the  Shakespeare 120/60 ,
AT1011/U kit.  I was just given one and I had a couple of questions.   I
need to use the antenna with a coax fed tuner as that is the only type I
have.  Should I feed the antenna directly with coax (center on feed point
and shield on ground)  in which case I would use rg8X.  Or should I run it
thru a balun and wire feed the antenna.  If feed with the balun should it be
1:1 or 1:4 .  If anyone has a TM for this antenna in digital form can you
