[MRCA] Old Military Radio Net - ART 13 Day

The following email excerpt  is from Ted, W3PWW, NCS for the Old Military 
Radio Phone Net this morning.

"The following stations checked in with ART-13 / ATC xmtrs on "ART-13 
Day"--- n8uln, wb3ctc, k3hvg(ATC&Art-13), ki4jha, k1cws, aj1g, kw1i, wu2d, 
n8ye, wiux, kd3ht, n1sng, w3pww and we'll give one half point to kk1k for 
trying!!!  That makes a total of 14 and one half!!!! a new record.
