[MRCA] M and S net

Gang,

WB2JWU has been weak-readable in Jersey City for about the last 8 
month.  He used to be much stronger.

I have a consistently high noise floor of S5 on 60-meters, so people 
don't have to fade too much before there's a problem.

Conditions were really bad on Valentine's Day, and I moved the net to 
7275, where thing were much, much better.  Could be hard to find a space 
on 40 on a Saturday.
