[MRCA] RT-1439 PTT Input circuit?

As far as I know the RT-1439 has no relays. I have controlled PTT with NPN (2N3904) transistor collector connected to PTT, emitter connected to ground  and base controlled by TNC (H transmit/L RX)

Hi all, anyone have a TM that shows how the PTT input line from the front audio connector interfaces to the rest of the radio? Meaning, what is on the other end of PIN C on the audio connector? Is it a TTL load? Is it a relay? Etc.
