Hi Friends,
Gilbert is only about a month away.  One of the few things I will skip deer
hunting for.

What are people bringing this time?

I've been exceptionally QRT lately but got on the air today for the first
time since June.  My big transmitter has been down, but my next move today
is to crack open a dynamotor and see if I can get QRV again.  The next
project on the list is an ARC-1 so I can participate in the 2m activity.

I will be QRV on 51Mc FM this time around with a crazy lashup.  PRT-4 and
R-442.  I will also bring a 50.4 Mc AM rig (MBF) so hope someone will have
a gooney box or multimode 6m rig for it to talk to.

I will be bringing my EF-8 generator for TBX transmitter to put on the For
Sale pile.

For HF playing around I will have my TBX and DAV-2.  I know everyone is
going to give me shit for having my DAV-2 crystalled up on a weird
frequency.

I am experiencing a strange feeling these days.  When I started in this
military radio hobby, I was about the youngest kid on the block.  Now I am
about mid-range and my radios are aging even faster than I am, with few of
their kind to talk to.
