It was tough going tonight on the 3570 Old Military Radio CW Net. I was acting
NCS for Ted, W3PWW tonight. Had a real tough time copying signals on 3570 due
to the presence of a very strong high speed military or commercial sounding RTTY
station which was very wide, tough to tell the carrier frequency, but I think it
was down around 3566 kHz. Just kept going and going for the duration of the
net. Was there at 2100 EDT, have no idea when it fired up earlier. Still there
at net closing at about 2140. Anyone have any idea what it is? I think that 80
CW might not be an exclusive amateur allocation, but I can't ever remember a
signal like this one ever showing up there. Maybe someone with a waterfall
display like on a Flex can tell us something about the signal character?
