[MRCA] Hamfest Situation

Ham fleas are kinda odd ducks. There are two, often competing, activities:

The buying and selling of stuff.
Operating, lectures, exams, etc.

If you are operating, you've no time to shop. If you're shopping, you've
no time to operate.

IMO, the really continuously successful ones, like the MIT Flea which is 7
times a year and has been going on for at least 25 years, do only one of
the two.
