[MRCA] M and S Net

Breck, Al et al:

Having discovered how to tune my FT-857D to the 60M band channels prior
to Gilbert this year, I decided to listen in on M&S net today. From my
mobile in the parking lot at work (39.1 deg N / 77.16 deg W) and using my
5/8 wl 2M whip on the trunk lid, I was able to hear Al above the noise
enough to understand his words. I heard no others loud enough for me to
recognize as SSB signals.

This minor success has encouraged me to throw a dipole into my car for
next week's nets and give my on-ground NVIS antenna a try. If I manage to
get acknowledged, you'll know; if not, I'll report via e-mail.
