Addressing a couple of mundane points:

I'll bring the PRC-117D and the 51MHz J-pole and Speaker.   I'll try to 
get there mid-day Thursday.  I can't guarantee the set will be 
continuously manned.

I can support both of these with the PRC-117D.  However on 2-meters it 
tunes in 6.25 KHz steps so there may be some freqs I can't hit.

It's rumored that WB2JWU is bringing a tank set on 29.6.  I should have 
at least one functional PRC-9.  The 9 is tunable in the appropriate 
range.  "Wide-band" FM is legal above 29.0.
