[MRCA] M and S Net

Heard all signals today for the first time in 
months.  The band improved quite a bit   about 1 
or 2 minutes
after N3FRQ called the net.  Most interesting 
signal was KK1K who was mobile in Va and was last 
heard near
Roanoke VA.  Surprised that he could hear the HF 
radio over the wind noise as he probably had the 
top
down.
N3OD and N3FRQ had the best sigs, W2DGB would 
bounce in an out varying between
S3 and S6 (ARRL). KW1I had a lot of fading.

I think the net works better when it is "directed" 
and each station turns it back to "net control".
