I was pedestrian mobile for todays net with the PRC1099A, 9' whip antenna, and drag wire counterpoise.  QTH = Port Jefferson ,NY walking on the docks in the harbor.  Signals were light for me.  I had a good copy on KW1I and K1JH.  N3FRQ, KD2AG, JWB2JWU were weak partially readable.   The other stations were weak unreadable.  After the net, I heard W2DGB and WB2JWU chatting breifly on 60M and their signals had increased significantly and I had a solid copy on both of them at that time.
