[MRCA] 7296 Alternates

Agreed.  7296 is too close to the traditional AM window, and there are 
geezers that operate there in the daytime.

It does not seem to me that 40 is highly utilized around midday, at 
least on weekdays.

Perhaps I'm wrong. I'm monitoring 7270/75 as I type.  That leaves us 
with a dream freq. +/- QRM.  That's a pain with some of the radios we're 
using.

Maybe the answer for a couple of frequency-agile stations to find and 
hold a freq, and post it to the reflector.
