[MRCA] Invitation to connect on LinkedIn

I own/manage well over a score of lists with thousands and thousands of
members and I've dealt with a dozen or so LinkedIn spamming events in the
past year. The victims uniformly have not knowingly authorized the
harvesting of their address books. And I have asked all the victims on
lists I manage.
