[MRCA] 60 meter primary frequency change?

Right.  But I was thinking that the ARRL or someone else would implement 
a "Gentleman's Agreement" by suggesting one channel for data/CW. 
Otherwise it will be mayhem with digital sigs swamping all 5 channels.
