[MRCA] 10 Meter Activity, not much in Chicken Land

Gents:

     I may have heard the same "BP" station just a few minutes ago (ca. 1700 
EST) just above my noise level here in FM19kd north of WDC.  I heard the 
distinctive 150 cycle squelch tone so methinks he was running a milrad.  He 
was talking with Z but I heard nothing on the return side.
