[MRCA] 10 mtr FM 29.4

I've been on there most of the morning & am right now.
Using only 1.5 watts from an SEM-35. KI0PF & K9WT were on earlier with VRC-12's.
A couple other stations worked with non-mil equipment including stations in Canada, England, Germany, France, etc.
