[MRCA] Moose and Squirrel Net Birthday Party

The Moose and Squirrel Cold-War Clandestine and 
Long-Range-Reconnaissance -Patrol Net is now more than a year old.
The initial activation of the net was 14 October 2010, and one of the 
early landmarks was the Verteran's Day operation
on 11 November 2010.  So we're going to count Veteran's Day as the nets 
official birthday.

Let's celebrate by getting as many stations deployed as possible.  NCS 
anticipates operating from The Evans Signal Laboratory.
Perhaps some of the forts and historic ships can be activated as well.

This is a good place to actually use military and para-military SSB 
radios, especially packsets.
