some answers to your questions are in TM11-310, if you don't have it, I have the schematics portion of  it including measurement readings in the RX and Tx.

The 307A is not a 807 and has a 5.5VDC quick-heating filament. Max ratings are Ua 500V and Pa 15W.

For the case I do have a spare unit but I doubt very much that you'd want it shipped to the US from Switzerland.
