 Bob, I can send you jpeg scanned photos of
 necessary pages. 100 to 250 K pages.  12 pages
 total.
 It's a neat set I have been using it a the MRCA
 meet. on ten meters.

 Check your set and see if it has a "destruct"
button. If you have one it is located
 near the lower antenna mounting block.
