[MRCA] AM TX Rally - military rigs invited!

Those wanting to participate in some AM-only fun with their AM-capable 
military radios could join this event in February.

All AM methods are allowed as long as a full carrier is present.
So-called "AM-equivalent" is also allowed, that is full carrier plus one 
sideband, as done by many military rigs.

I'll be using a GRC-106A.

Participants are encouraged to sign up for a special event 1x1 call sign 
and keep a log to turn in. No one will complain if you just check in, 
but why limit the fun to that!
