[MRCA] Need info for TBX4 power connector

I'm looking at a schematic for the TBX 6, I have a TBX 4. I'm slightly confused, and if someone can, send me a message
what needs to go on the receive power pins. Confused about filament voltages, It looks like 3v, but if I duplicate what I see on this
schematic, its -3v. I see 6 batteries drawn some labeled 6v, 3v, 90v and 135v. I have the connectors for this plug also.
I have the hand crank generator for the transmit voltages, that's easy. Radio looks brand new, never been run up as far as I know.
