[MRCA] Recently manufactured radio of Japanese origin on M+S

Thanks everyone, especially Jeep with the pictures, for the answer.

It was concerning to some that I was using such a radio.  It's in exile
from my buddy's house, and I thought it would be fun to talk to the
recently manufactured military radios of US/UK origin on the M+S net.  I'll
present the information to my buddy and maybe he will allow the
modification.
