Based on my experience with the 375 I would add:
Don't load the transmitter to more than about 50W out. More than this
and you will get flat topping on positive voice peaks. Not sure if
the limitation here is in the modulator or lack of drive to the PA.
Either way 50W is about the max carrier that works well.
The neutralization adjustment for minimum FM is load dependent, i,e,.
if initially made into a 50 ohm, purely resistive dummy load the 375
may FM agin when connected to one's antenna system unless the latter
is also adjusted to present a purely resistive, 50 ohm load to the
set. Bottom line -- make the adjustment with the set connected to the
load you will be using on the air.
