[MRCA] Important Information for MRCA Meet Attendees

Attention Attendees of the Fall MRCA Meet:



Please let me know if you are planning on attending the Fall MRCA Meet next 
week so that I can prepare laminated badges. The following list of expected 
attendees has been compiled by reviewing recent email messages sent to the 
MRCA email reflector, or emails sent to me directly. They are in no 
particular order.

If you are not on this list and are coming please send me a note at 
kw1i at earthlink.net , if you are on this list and not planning on attending 
please let me know as well.

With this pass you will be allowed to enter the fairgrounds with the 
understanding that MRCA registration will collect the Red Ball Meet 
admission charge. After that initial entrance your MRCA event badge will 
allow fairground egress and access.




In the event some of the gate security people don't have all this 
information when you arrive please be courteous with them. Our continued 
presence at the event depends on smooth relations with the Red Ball 
organization at every level. If you have to pay the Red Ball admission 
charge at the gate please provide that info at MRCA registration.




The Red Ball people are requiring a special "exhibitor" set-up badge if you 
are planning to arrive on Thursday evening. Please send me an email so that 
I will have a set-up badge for you.
