[MRCA] New ART-13 FS

  Gentlemen,
I have received information about an ART-13, unused and said to be in 
the original depot packing, available in Iowa.  As a result of the 
recent ER article, I've had a number of calls regarding ART-13s, to 
include several for sale.  If I didn't have two of them, one being also 
out-of-the-box, I'd seriously consider this one.  The gentlemen will be 
asking $600 for it, plus shipping.  That's a firm price as he said he 
paid more for it, several years ago.  He's going to be sending me a 
picture and perhaps posting it on QTH.com.  If anyone's genuinely 
interested, I'll pass on his phone number to you.

Maybe a MRCA member can snap it up.
