  They look nice!

  Be sure to review the recent posts on making battery packs. I just made a
pack using 9 volt, C cell and AAA batteries to fire up one I just acquired.
I don't know how long the batteries will last on a typical "Dayton"
afternoon (Anyone?), but a similar pack in a PRC-10 has been working for 2
years the way I use the radio which is mostly demonstration and radio club
presentation stuff. Later on I will try to make one of the inverter type
supplies for each.

  I wish I knew of a source for parts other than getting a donor unit. I
need a "new" counter #5. Also, there was a fellow selling reproduction data
plates for the '6 but I can't seem to find him. Mine has data plates in
Hebrew.
